MASTER PLANNING WORKSHOP #2

Presented by Ratcliff and Associates

The 2nd Master Planning Workshop that was held on the evening of Monday, June 10th was well attended by a group of very enthusiastic St. Perpetua parishioners.  The goals of Workshop #2 were:

§         To identify selection of preferred Church Site

§         To comment on elements of the Master Plan

§         To identify priorities for development of a Phasing Plan

The workshop began with a tour of the upper level of the St. Perpetua property to give parishioners an opportunity to view the site.  Once the group was reassembled in the parish hall, Cheryl Lentini and Bill Blessing, from Ratcliff Architects, gave an educational and thought-provoking presentation on the progress that their firm has made since the 1st Master Planning Workshop.

Upon review of data provided by the Parish Staff, the Steering Committee, and  parishioner surveys, the Ratcliff Group presented two Preferred Development Schemes for further review, discussion, and consideration.  After the presentation, the workshop participants were divided into small groups for further discussion and a brainstorming session.  The groups then gathered together to make presentations.

This link will take you to a  Tabulation of the Results from Workshop #2.  This data will enable the Ratcliff Architect Group to proceed with a confirmation of a selected scheme and further develop Master Plan site elements.

Workshop #3 is scheduled for Tuesday evening, July 9, 2002 at 7:00pm.  Please plan to attend!!
