Welcome to The Home Page For St. Perpetua Teens
The St. Perpetua faith formation programs for high school teenagers offers a full array of opportunities for teens to gather to have fun, to learn, to pray, and to share ideas on topics, issues, cares, and concerns they have. Through the teen programs, we invite the youth of our church to explore issues of faith and of community, to discover their own gifts, and to embrace the importance of service to their communities and the world. Teens have several opportunities to learn and grow in their faith, among them:
- High School Youth Group (Meets on alternating Mondays and Wednesdays)
- Confirmation Program (Sunday evenings, and occasionally with other nights too)
- Bible Study Gatherings (First Wednesday of the month)
- Youth Masses (See Calendar for specific dates)

Registration
It is important to register for the parish program. Registration helps us plan for the teens. Click here to access the registration form you need to participate in the 2008-2009 Youth Group and Confirmation programs. Please note that there are two pages to complete.
Teen Programs
St Perpetua reaches out to teens through a variety of gathering opportunities:
- High School Youth Group –
St. Perpetua invites all highs school age teens to a weekly gathering that meets on alternating Mondays and Wednesdays, to accommodate the different schedules of teens. Here teens gather to have fun, learn, pray, and to share ideas on topics, issues, cares, and concerns. We will also schedule service opportunities, and social activities that meet the teen’s schedules.
- Sacrament of Confirmation Preparation Program –
St. Perpetua invites all high school students who are at least a sophomore in September 2008, to join us for a year of prayer, reflection, and spiritual growth leading to Confirmation on Saturday, May 9, 2009. The program includes bi-weekly thematic meetings with prayer and discussion, a retreat, and a service project. This year’s Confirmation group celebrates Confirmation on Saturday, May 9, 2009.
- Bible Study Group –
For teens interested in exploring scriptures, St. Perpetua offers a Teen Bible Group the first Wednesday of the month in the chapel. Come share your beliefs, and ask your questions. Bible provided!
- Youth Mass –
The monthly Youth Mass offers teens a special opportunity to celebrate together in a youth-oriented Liturgy. The goal is for parish youth to participate in various ministry roles, and understand and internalize this most sacred mystery. It also provides an opportunity for them to meet with other teens in the parish. Join us.
