Change of Address or Telephone Numbers

It is imperative that emergency records are kept current. Any change of address and/or telephone number of residence, parent’s employment or persons to be notified in case of emergency, that occur during the school year should be sent in writing to the office.

Returned Checks

There will be a $10.00 surcharge for any checks that are returned by the bank

Library

Two part-time librarians are in charge of the school library, which is open during school hours. Books may be borrowed from the library to be returned in a timely manner. If the books are late being returned there is a 25¢ charge per day per book.

Lost and Found

All articles of clothing, lunches and materials should be marked with the child’s name. Lost articles may be claimed through the office. Articles not claimed will be given to the poor.

Lunch Programs

Children are to bring their lunches to school. School will have lunches available on Thursdays to benefit various class projects and on Fridays to assist with the Student Enrichment Education Support (SEEDS) program.

A lunch program is available from Children’s Choice, a private company. Children’s Choice offers a variety of entrees, which may be ordered on any or all of the days the lunches are provided. Any questions about this program should be made directly to Children’s Choice (837-0266, FAX 837-1232, www.choicelunch.com).

Parties

Invitations for parties including all the boys or all the girls in a given class may be distributed at school with the permission of the teacher. If invitations are for a select group of class friends they may not be distributed at school.
