Function
The team prepares an accurate bank deposit for collections and enters the different categories of money in the record book.

Structure
A team leader schedules the counters in four groups of three people each, who handle the counting on successive Monday mornings.

Member Profile
Any person who can accurately count money, can, or will learn how to run an adding machine and who has a fair sense of humor will make a good member of the team.  

Time Commitment
Counting requires two to three hours at the parish office every four weeks.

Term of Service
The ministry has functioned without set terms and limits.
