Coffee & Donut Committee

Function
The coffee and donut service provides refreshments on Sunday mornings after the 9:30 and 11:30 masses.  This offers the opportunity for hospitality and fellowship to the Parish community.

Structure
The committee is currently co-chaired by Renee Nelson and Joan West. Volunteers are assigned periodically throughout the year.

Member Profile
Members from all segments of the Parish population are welcome to this service.

Time Commitment
Co-chairs make up the calendar for the weekly volunteer assignments and order the refreshments each week.  Food/paper items for serving are stored in the kitchen.  The more volunteers make for fewer assignments and less demands on everyone.  Volunteers are assigned 3 to 4 Sundays per year with two volunteers assigned to each mass.   Volunteers pick up pre-ordered donuts/bagels, prepare and serve the refreshments.

Term of Service
Co-chairs and volunteers serve from September to June. The service takes a vacation in July and August.
