It is my privilege to coordinate the Faith Formation program for parish children from grades pre-K through 8, including ongoing catechesis and Sacramental preparation programs. My goal is to assist the parish community in building a solid foundation for child spirituality, morality, Christian living, ministry, and outreach.
My undergraduate degrees in Journalism and English were earned at Iowa State University, and I graduated with a Master's Degree in Religious Education from Boston College. I have been a catechist, grade level coordinator, and bible study facilitator in various parishes since 1991. I am committed to sharing my faith and knowledge and look forward to working with the parish families. I was born in Canada and raised in the Chicago area. During our twenty-five year marriage, our family has lived in many areas of the country, arriving in beautiful California in 2004. My husband, Paul, and I live in Lafayette and have three children named Michael, Karen, and Daniel. |
