Introducing SEEDs (Student Enrichment EDucation support)
for the 2003-04 School Year!

In anticipation of our school expansion and grounds renovation, we are delighted to announce the formation of a new parent organization at St. Perpetua School. Under the direction of Kathleen Radecke, and School Board members Kevin Fisher and Lisa Fabian, the Enrichment Committee has been re-organized as the SEEDs Marilyn Sibley will serve as Committee Chair and Kelly Goodwin as Vice-Chair. George Ziser is overseeing organizational development, by-laws, mission and vision. Kristen Koelzer will be offering input on a logo and marketing. Marlena Spadoni will be supporting the program with publicity photos.

  • The mission of the new committee will be to support the faculty in research, planning and organization of enrichment activities or programs that enhance curriculum.
  • Eight committee members will work closely under the direction of a faculty advisor representing each of the following enrichment areas: Library, Performing Arts, Fine Arts, Science (including the new school garden chaired by Monette Meo), Math & Technology, Religion, Social Studies and Language Arts.
  • One of the primary objectives of the new committee will be to eventually fund 100% of all enrichment programs at St. Perpetua. Diana Geron has offered to serve as the fundraising chair on the committee and will be coordinating a new Friday Hot Lunch Program to support enrichment programs.
